Here are 3 simple and realistic ways to take better
care of
your self in 2006.
1. Adopt an effective skin care routine.
Cleanser,
toner, moisturizer, and sunscreen are basic skin care
products you can use daily to keep your skin healthy
and looking its best.
2. Take a time out. Do yoga, meditate or
just breath
deeply for 10 minutes each day. Taking time out for
yourself even briefly can reduce stress, depression
and do wonders for your mental health.
3. Make appointments for yourself in
advance and
schedule other peoples’ needs around them.
Whether it’s at the gym with a personal trainer, the
dentist for your cleaning or visits to the spa, if you
don’t plan it, it might get squeezed out.
